Orders
Will my canvas be taped?
Yes! All canvases are sold with edges taped.
Will my canvas come with a needle?
Yes! All canvases purchased at our shop comes with a complimentary needle.
Can I change my address after I placed my order?
Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible before your order has shipped to change your address. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes! You can cancel your order prior to fulfillment. Please contact us immediately via email or our contact page, and we will issue a refund and cancel your order.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping Rates and Processing Times
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders will take a longer period of time to ship and time estimates will be communicated beforehand for each item!
We’ll send you an email with tracking information once your order is on its way!
Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders of $100 or more (before taxes) are eligible for free shipping!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, or you are not completely satisfied then please contact us right away!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we currently only ship domestically within the U.S. We hope to ship internationally in the future!
What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Once your package has left our facility, it is in the hands of USPS. We are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend reaching out to USPS for assistance.
Shopping
What should I do if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we highly recommend signing up for restock notifications on the specific product page of the item that is out of stock. We constantly update inventory, so as soon as the item is back in stock, you will receive an email notifying you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that are perfect for anyone who loves needlepoint! You can purchase them in varying amounts and use them on any products in our store.
What types of threads do you offer?
We currently only stock Vineyard Silk in our shop, but we will be expanding to many more lines in the near future!
I'm a beginner, where do I start?
If you're just starting out, we recommend checking out our Beginner's Guide to Needlepoint and our selection of Beginner-Friendly canvases.
Do you offer custom painting?
We do not currently offer canvas customization, but we will be in the future!
Are you able to kit my canvas?
While we do not offer custom kitting services at the moment, we are excited to be in the future! Stay tuned via our social media and check back later for updates.
